PALETTE CHEF

(p)anda, also known as Anda Sung, is a concept artist based in Los Angeles. She has contributed her talents to a wide array of projects, including video games, TV shows, theme parks, and real-life architecture.

In 2020, after spending a year and a half designing props and weapons at a game studio, she found herself disenchanted with her work. Doubting her skills, she enrolled in a Blender 3D class to improve her abilities. Despite her efforts, she still struggled to find fulfillment in designing weapons, as she fundamentally disagreed with the concept of violence. This inner conflict became a challenge for Anda to overcome.

One day, while waiting in line at a bakery for her morning croissant and feeling frustrated with the long wait, she had an idea. She thought, "Wouldn't it be nice if they could just shoot the bread straight into my mouth... with a bazooka?"

This whimsical thought sparked a new creative direction for Anda.

In 2024, Anda completed her major project, Food Weapon a testament to her love for food and her desire to spread joy and laughter. Through this project, she overcame her creative struggles and proudly expressed her unique voice through her illustrations.
